These aestheticians are leading a skin revolution.
National Aesthetician Day is October 15, and it’s the perfect opportunity to celebrate the people who care for our skin.
But aestheticians don’t just work miracles on one day of the year. They combine expertise and cutting-edge treatments to nourish skin, erase blemishes, and build confidence for all kinds of clients, all year long.
We’ve selected five Boulevard spa and medspa customers to show just a few of the many ways aestheticians deliver transformative results. Their work is an inspiration to others in their field, as well as anyone who wants to deliver the best possible experience to their clients.
Saije Esthetics
When aesthetic medicine helped Kieran Bailey’s cure her stage 4 acne, she knew she wanted to help other people undergo the same transformation — that’s why she opened Saije Esthetics in Beaverton, Oregon. Kieran remained committed to her goal even as Covid-19 shut down the world a month after Saije opened, hand-delivering facial kits to clients so they could stay on track from the safety of their homes.
On top of being an acne expert, Kieran is also a master hydrafacialist and specialist in hair loss treatment and RF microneedling. She takes pride in creating a space for clients to relax and recharge as they get the results of their dreams, and Boulevard’s proud to help her stay laser-focused on that task by consolidating her platforms and saving her money.
Amoura Skin & Body
Amoura Skin & Body in Beaverton, Oregon offers its own touch on the classic concept of R&R: revision and relaxation. Owner Iman Godfrey, a master esthetician, specializes in acne management, hyperpigmentation treatment, and advanced skin revision to give her clients transformative results while rejuvenating their bodies and minds.
Iman considers her esthetic services to be one part of a commitment to overall wellness, helping her clients address their lifestyle, diet, and skincare routines for results that last long after the appointment. That includes using Boulevard to streamline and level up the client experience across marketing, booking, payment, and more.
Boho Medspa
You’ve probably seen Boho Medspa’s ASMR facial videos on TikTok and Instagram (with over 4 million followers, they’re hard to miss). But Boho co-founder Holly Tanella’s mission goes much further than making weirdly watchable content. She believes skincare that’s clean, custom, and created with purpose can truly change everything.
Boho has the chops to back it up. They blend their own non-toxic, science-backed products and combine them with expert techniques to give clients the ultimate experience, whether that’s pure rejuvenation and relaxation or advanced skin correction. From a single room 12 years ago to a bustling medspa in Allen, Texas today, Boho’s celebration of clean beauty is still setting trends.
Potion
Potion is a multidisciplinary wellness collective in Austin, Texas; its services include facials, massages, tarot readings, tooth gem applications, and enhanced reiki. Yet each part of its holistic care ecosystem orbits around founder Val Mirza, an aesthetician with nearly two decades of experience.
Val started Potion to create a “a unique and non-intimidating setting for conscientious skincare treatments,” built on patience, practice, and consistency. Boulevard’s streamlined interface, which handles marketing, POS, and more all in one place, has become an “effortless part of the process” at Potion, helping each of its providers practice their craft with confidence.
The Skin Proper
The Skin Proper in Las Vegas is built on founder Julie Earheart’s 20 years of experience in medical aesthetics. Not just in the sense that Julie uses her experience to give her clients healthy, radiant skin (though she does) — we’re talking about her commitment to personally mentoring each aesthetician that joins her squad.
Julie and the team at The Skin Proper are dedicated to delivering a consistent standard of excellence across a wide selection of specialized facials, advanced treatments such as exosomes and microneedling, and more. Julie says Boulevard’s comprehensive platform lets her team spend less time worrying about scheduling and training, and more time delivering a one-of-a-kind client experience.
