Jessica Hunter
Jessica Hunter is the founder and owner of Hunter Consulting and a business consultant with over a decade of experience in the medical aesthetic industry. She has supported and trained more than 100 medical aesthetic and plastic surgery clinics across Canada and the United States, ranging from new startups to multi-location practices generating over $10M in revenue. Known for her expertise in building profitable treatment menus, designing effective compensation plans, and streamlining operations, she has helped countless clinics increase revenue and improve margins. A sought-after speaker and educator, Jessica has presented at industry events throughout North America and Europe. She holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology and an MBA in entrepreneurship, which led to executive roles in strategic planning, marketing, and sales with major healthcare brands including 3M and Stryker, followed by five years consulting for Allergan Aesthetics, where she supported some of their largest clients in scaling their businesses.
